1.买回的鹅胗用水先把外面洗净,我还买了鹅头

2.接着用盐抓捏去掉外面的黏液,洗净

3.放入锅中加点姜片、料酒汆水

4.煮开后,变色即可捞出

5.用清水洗去血沫,沥干水分

6.高压锅里加入250ML的卤水汁,按照水与卤水汁的比例3:1,加入750ML的清水

7.放入汆水后的鹅胗、鹅头

8.加点冰糖和2个干红辣椒

9.用电压力锅压30分钟

10.时间到,不要马上取出,让它浸泡一段时间,我是浸泡了4个小时

11.彻底冷却后捞出

小窍门&温馨提示
压好的鹅胗不要马上从卤水里取出,浸泡一段时间会更加入味
